I've been wondering if selling sealed album only is not popular in your country? Bcs in my country when GO open a pob preorder, they also sell the album only option too. So usually the price of the album and the pob is almost the same. And i don't collect pob photocard myself, so this is a great solution bcs i can get a cheaper album and other people could get cheaper pob photocard
